Instructions for Authors
The International Journal of Current Trends in Engineering and Technology (IJCTET) is an international journal published bi-monthly by Revista Publication, India, since 2013, and it holds the online ISSN 2395-3152. We warmly welcome authors for submitting papers within the domains of Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Electronics and Telecommunication.
The Journal covers a wide spectrum of innovative research topics within these disciplines. All published papers undergo a rigorous peer-review process facilitated by international and competent researchers and scientists. Our review process employs a full, double-blind, international refereeing mechanism. Subsequently, papers are sent to reviewers for their evaluations, determining acceptance, acceptance with changes, resubmission with significant changes, or rejection.
For papers requiring modifications, the same reviewers are engaged to ensure the revised paper meets the required quality standards. The Editor-in-Chief reserves the right to refuse any manuscript, whether submitted on invitation or otherwise and may propose suggestions or modifications before publication.
Authors are invited to submit papers electronically for the regular issues of the Journal throughout the year at firstname.lastname@example.org. After a detailed review process, papers are promptly published online upon final acceptance. However, the assignment of the paper to a specific Volume or Issue of the Journal is deferred to the Editorial Board, and authors are duly informed. For Theme-Based Special Issues, a time-bound Special Call for Papers will be announced, applicable only for that specific issue.
Submission of a paper implies that the work described has not been previously published (except in the form of an abstract or academic thesis) and is not under consideration elsewhere. All authors must consent to the paper’s submission. Once accepted, the authorities overseeing the work’s origin must refrain from publishing it elsewhere in the same form. Papers submitted to IJCTET Journal / Revista Publication cannot be withdrawn unless ultimately rejected.
Submission of a manuscript implies that the work described has not been published before; that it is not under consideration for publication anywhere else; that all co-authors have approved its research article, if any, as well as by the responsible authorities – tacitly or explicitly – at the institute where the work has been carried out. The publisher will not be held legally responsible should there be any compensation claims.
Authors wishing to include figures, tables, or text passages that have already been published elsewhere are required to obtain permission from the copyright owner(s) for both the print and online format and to include evidence that such permission has been granted when submitting their papers. Any material received without such evidence will be assumed to originate from the authors.
Online Paper Submission
Prospective authors are encouraged to submit comprehensive papers, including abstracts, keywords, introductions, methodology, result descriptions, tables, figures, and references. Full-text papers in formats such as .doc, .pdf, and LaTeX are accepted and should be submitted via email to email@example.com using the IJCTET Journal Paper Template.

A Theory Section should extend, not repeat, the information discussed in the Introduction. In contrast, a Calculation Section represents a practical development from a theoretical basis.
Results should be clear and concise.
This section should explore the importance of the results of the work, not repeat them. A combined Results and Discussion section is often appropriate.
9. Conclusion and Future Scope:
The main findings of the research may be presented in a short Conclusion Section. In this section, the author(s) should also briefly discuss the limitations of the research and the Future Scope for improvement.
If there are multiple appendices, they should be identified as A, B, etc. Formulae and equations in appendices should be given separate numbering: Eq. (A.1), Eq. (A.2), etc.; in a subsequent appendix, Eq. (B.1) and so on. Similar nomenclature should be followed for tables and figures: Table A.1; Fig. A.1, etc.
If desired, authors may provide acknowledgements at the end of the article, before the references. The organizations/individuals who provided help during the research (e.g., providing language help, writing assistance, proofreading the article, sponsoring the research, etc.) may be acknowledged here.
Citation in text - Ensure that every reference cited in the text is also present in the reference list (and vice versa). The references in the reference list should follow the standard IEEE reference style of the Journal and citation of a reference. Web references - The full URL and the date when the reference was last accessed should be given. Any further information should also be given if known (DOI, author names, dates, reference to a source publication, etc.). Web references can be listed separately (e.g., after the reference list) under a different heading if desired or can also be included in the reference list. Reference style - Indicate references by number(s) in square brackets in line with the text. The actual authors can be referred to, but the reference number(s) must always be given. Example: ‘….. as demonstrated [3,6]. Barnaby and Jones obtained a different result ….’ List - Number the references (numbers in square brackets) in the list, according to the order in which they appear in the text. Example: G. O. Young, “Synthetic structure of industrial plastics (Book style with paper title and editor),” in Plastics, 2nd ed. vol. 3, J. Peters, Ed. New York: McGraw-Hill, 1964, pp. 15–64.
Present formulae using the Equation editor in the line of standard text. Number consecutively any equations that have to be referred to in the text
Captions and Numbering for Figures and Tables
Ensure that each figure/table has been numbered and captioned—supply captions separately, not attached to the figure. A caption should comprise a brief title and a description of the illustration. Figures and tables should be numbered individually but consecutively by their appearance in the text.
Online publication of colour illustrations is free of charge. There are no extra charges.

Final Proof of the Paper
A set of page proofs in PDF format will be sent via email to the corresponding author, or a link will be provided in the email for authors to download the files themselves. These PDF proofs are annotatable, requiring the download of Adobe Reader version 7 (or higher), available free at get.adobe.com/reader. Should authors prefer not to use the PDF annotations function, they can list the corrections and return them to IJCTET via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying line numbers for each correction.
If, for any reason, electronic submission is not feasible, authors can mark corrections and provide comments on a printout of the proof. Subsequently, they should scan the pages with corrections and email them back within five days. Authors are advised to use the proof exclusively for checking typesetting, editing, completeness, and correctness of the text, tables, and figures. Significant changes to the paper, accepted for publication, will not be considered at this stage without prior permission.
It is crucial to consolidate all corrections into one communication, as the inclusion of subsequent corrections cannot be guaranteed upon reply. Proofreading remains the sole responsibility of the authors. Please note that if no response is received within five days, IJCTET Journal will proceed with the publication of the paper.
